From Varese: SS233, in the direction of Ponte Tresa and then Lugano (33 km/ 53′). From Milan: highway A9/E35 dei Laghi, direction Como-San Gottardo or A8, direction Varese-Stabio (via SP17, SS342 and SP3, Gaggiolo pass) to take the A2/E35 in Mendrisio. Exit: Lugano SUD (79km / 1h 10′)
From Zurich: highway A2, towards San Gottardo-Chiasso. Exit: Lugano NORD (207 km / 2h 24′).
At the weekend, when the long lake is closed to traffic, customers of Casino Lugano are advised to take the Lugano NORD highway exit or to pass by the SBB station of Lugano continuing towards the center.

Get off at the Lugano train station, the Casino is just a few minutes’ walk away. To reach us you can also use the funicular or any bus to the city center.
